I feel like my credit rating is irredeemable. Can I still get a phone contract?

We understand that probably after many rejections elsewhere you feel as if your situation is irredeemable. However, this need not be a problem as 360Phone believes in giving people a second chance. Actually, we are not concerned at all about your history of CCJs or how many times you’ve been turned away, we believe that we can help you avail a phone contract your credit score status notwithstanding. Are credit checks mandatory before approval?

According to the UK laws, carrying out credit checks before approving any phone contracts is mandatory. However, what we do is that we actually overlook your credit score and do everything in our power to help you avail a phone contract. It doesn’t matter whether you have a poor or average credit score. We’ve got you covered!

I am a few weeks away to my 18th birthday. Can I apply and be considered for a phone contract?

NO. In as much as we might like to be of help, we can’t because according to the UK laws, contractual agreements are only supposed to between adults. Any contractual agreement with an underage is void and cannot be enforced in a court of law. As such, if you need a phone contract, you will not only need to be 18 years of age but also be a UK citizen and earning some form of income.

Do I have the free will to apply for any type of phone I need?

The general assumption has been that individuals applying for bad credit mobile phones cannot apply for high end phones and are restricted to certain models. Well, this is not the case. You are actually free to apply for any type of phone you need. However, when it comes to high end phones, we might at times ask you to part with a small security deposit.

How do I go about applying for a bad credit contract?

Provided that you need a bad credit mobile contract, there are basically 2 approaches that you can go about it. For one, you can physically present yourself to one of our representatives from our offices who will assist you process the application within a very short period of time.

What if I am unable to meet the repayments weekly or monthly as earlier agreed when taking out the contract?

We understand that there are times when you might face challenges repaying due to factors beyond you. When this happens, we always encourage our customers to be forthright about it and contact us immediately. Coming to us so that we can work out a new arrangement is the best thing to do. Don’t go silent or refuse to pick up our calls as it’s a show of bad faith and might actually lead to the worsening of your credit situation.

What is the repayment period like?

Ordinarily, we require our customers to be committed for a period not exceeding 18 months. That said, a person can choose a repayment period of up to 36 months depending on how convenient it is for them. In fact, the longer the repayment period, the lower the monthly repayments and the vice versa also applies.
